This notice explains how Dream Wedding Services handles information across the website, customer portal, RSVP experience, and owner console.

Information we collect
We collect the details needed to answer inquiries and plan events, including names, contact information, event details, preferences, files, approvals, guest responses, schedules, and manually recorded financial status. We do not process card payments in this platform.
How we use it
Information is used to respond to requests, prepare and deliver event services, coordinate approved collaborators and vendors, maintain business records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
WhatsApp, email, and calendars
When you choose WhatsApp, email, or calendar features, information is also handled by the relevant provider under its own terms. Conversation summaries may be recorded in the event workspace so the planning record remains complete.
Customer and guest access
Event access is granted through an approved account or signed invitation. RSVP guests use a private household link or access code and cannot see another household or the complete guest list.
Storage and sharing
Private event files and records are access-controlled. Information is shared only with authorized event members, service providers, and vendors when needed for the event or required by law. Public media is published only after its rights and release status are approved.
Retention and security
Records are retained for the period configured by the business and then reviewed for deletion or anonymisation. We use access controls, audit history, private storage, multi-factor authentication for the owner, and encrypted connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete eligible personal information, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for its use. Some records may need to be retained for contracts, disputes, or legal obligations.
Cookies and service protection
The site uses essential browser storage for sessions and preferences. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals on protected forms to distinguish legitimate submissions from abuse. Optional analytics should remain disabled until the consent notice is updated.
